Jelly Roll Sweetly Shows Love to Fans on Emmys Red Carpet in Dapper Outfit

Country star Jelly Roll dressed to the nines as he took on a special role at the 2024 Emmy Awards.

The "Son of a Sinner" singer arrived at the event in Los Angeles, Calif. on Sept. 15 wearing an all-black suit with little personal details that showed off his personality. He wore a black shirt under his suit jacket that allowed his black rosary to stand out, while he went for dark cowboy boots on his feet.

Jelly Roll also tried out a bunch of different poses as he stood with a bright smile on the red carpet. At one point, he showed his love to fans by posing with hand hearts, showing off his natural charm.

The country singer appeared to be having a great time at the event, talking with Good Morning America 's Robin Roberts for ABC about possibly being the only musician at the event.

"I'm like in a candy store, this is so awesome," he giddily described the experience, adding, "I'm having the best night ever already...This is my first Emmys, this is really really cool."

He also spoke with Patrick Gomez and Janine Rubenstein for People and Entertainment Weekly 's red carpet show, revealing where his wife, Bunnie Xo , was while he attended the Emmys.

Jelly Roll is currently on tour , with his next show in Orlando, Fla., so he said Bunnie Xo took his kids to the beach to enjoy some quality time together while he was gone for work.

After seeing Jelly Roll on the Emmys red carpet, some people were a little confused about why he was there, but he had a special job at the awards show. The music superstar was on hand to perform during the in memoriam segment that honors people in the industry who have passed in the last year.
