Before he died in 2023, Matthew Perry went to rehab multiple times. But not everybody thinks that the type of rehab facilities frequented by celebrities like Perry are really helping addicts.

A new documentary, TMZ Investigates Matthew Perry and the Secret Celebrity Drug Ring , looks at how "a ring of doctors, enablers and rehab centers fuel the addiction of celebs, who pay them all a fortune for services that are the opposite of helpful," according to TMZ .

During her appearance in the doc, Kelly Osbourne opened up about how her own time in rehab was like "university on how to be a better drug addict." She also made a disturbing claim about "body brokers," people supposedly sent by rehabs to prey on recovering addicts.

"Body brokers...they sit outside of AA meetings, looking for weak and vulnerable people that they encourage to go and relapse, so they can then pick you up again," Osbourne said.

"I swear on everything that it's true, and it's heartbreaking," she added.
