Angelina Jolie Debuts Bold New Hairstyle in 'Ethereal' Magazine Shoot

Angelina Jolie has proven over the years that she can pull off just about any look—and her latest magazine cover photo proves nothing has changed.

In a pair of images shared to Instagram by CR Fashion Book on Friday, Sept. 20, the star rocked a dramatic hair transformation, with her typically sleek tresses styled in wild, golden curls.

The 49-year-old actress has indeed been getting plenty of Oscar buzz for her role as opera singer Maria Callas in Maria , which received an 8-minute standing ovation when it premiered at the Venice Film Festival in August 2024, according to Variety .

If Jolie does get a nomination, it won't be her first time being honored by the Academy. Not only was she nominated in 2009 for her role in Clint Eastwood’s The Changeling , but she won the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in 2000 for Girl, Interrupted .
