Tammy Slaton had an important message to share with her fans when she took to Instagram on Thursday, Sept. 19.

The 1000-Lb Sisters star took a moment to introduce herself at the start of her video , which she used to inspire and motivate those who have followed her weight loss journey over the last few years.

Slaton, who noted that some of her friends and fans call her “Queen Tammy,” explained that people exploring her social media pages “find motivation, realness from me and, hopefully, some inspiration for you to continue on your journey.”

“Whether you’re 500 pounds like I was or you almost lost all your weight, whether you deal with depression or feel like you don’t know what to do tomorrow—just know you are safe here,” she said.

The 38-year-old reality TV personality added in the caption for her video that her social media followers can also find “the tips that have helped me grow into the woman I know I’m meant to be” in her updates.

“Whether you’re on your own transformation journey or just looking for a positive space, I’m excited to have you here. Let’s keep pushing forward together! 💪💖,” the TLC star wrote.

It was just one month ago that Slaton revealed her 500-pound weight loss success . Fans applauded her announcement at the time and continued to praise her dedication in the comment section of her Thursday post.

“Very proud of the progress you have made,” one fan wrote, adding, “Thank you for not giving up.”

“Your energy gives me inspiration to do hard things that I want to do but have been afraid to try!!! Courage and grace are a beautiful combination. 🌻💛🦋,” another fan commented.

One Instagram user shared that they “do feel safe here” as they told the “truly inspirational” Slaton that she “always” makes them “feel good about myself 💚.”
