The final performances of Season 19 of America’s Got Talent are over, and the vote is in. Now, we just need to wait until Tuesday night to find out who will be the winner of the $1 million prize.

Ten acts are in contention: Airfootworks , Brent Street , Dee Dee Simon , Hakuna Matata Acrobats , Learnmore Jonasi , Roni Sagi & Rhythm , Richard Goodall , Sebastián & Sonia , Sky Elements and Solange Kardinaly .

It’s a close call this season. There are several of the acts that deserve to win based on talent, so the possibility exists that the added factor will come down to whose story touched America’s heart helping them get those all-important votes. Here are my Top 3 for Season 19 of AGT, one of who will win.

Who will win America's Got Talent 2024?

    Richard Goodall

One of this season’s more remarkable stories is Richard Goodall. The 55-year-old middle school janitor from Terre Haute, IN, had never flown in an airplane before, whose singing experience came from practicing in his bedroom when he was a teen. But he flew to Los Angeles and blew the socks off the judges on night one of auditions with his performance of “Don’t Stop Believin’” by Journey.

Heidi Klum was so impressed by his performance that she awarded Richard the first Golden Buzzer of the season. Richard has continued to impress in each subsequent performance, and he wrapped up the season with another Journey song, “Faithfully.”

In presenting Richard with his Golden Buzzer Heidi said, “Richard, Richard, Richard, you knocked me off my feet. We all had the best time with you up there on that stage. I really, really feel something when I see you up there and hear you up there. And now, this is what I’m going to do for you because I love you ,” and she pushed the Golden Buzzer.

    Sky Elements

Sky Elements has also touched the hearts of America this season. First, with their patriotic themes and the fun they had putting images of the judges up in the sky created by drones, but also, the emotional tribute they paid to the death of the infant daughter of Preston Ward , chief pilot for Sky Elements. It just happened to air on 9/11 and spoke to the loss many Americans experienced. And for the finale, they did a salute to the American dream.

In fact, Simon was so impressed by Sky Elements’ audition that he broke the AGT rules for them and hit his Golden Buzzer for the second time this season, which meant that all the judges were granted a second Golden Buzzer.

Simon said, “It was really patriotic, and I think the way you told the story, your use of music, whether you’re 3 years old or 100 years old, I think you are going to absolutely love that audition. To every one of you, I want to say bravo. You know, we keep talking about the rules. There is no rule book, which means I am going to do this. Liftoff,” and he hit the Golden Buzzer and fireworks lit up the sky.

    Brent Street

Brent Street is a heartfelt dance act from Sydney, Australia and in a season chock full of great dance acts, they stood out from the rest, earning Howie Mandel ’s Golden Buzzer.

“I think they are the best dance crew I’ve seen in a decade,” Howie told Parade on the red carpet. “You are at the mercy of the people at home, specifically the people that vote. Each and every year people come up to me and say, ‘They should have won,’ and they are kind of mad and they are approaching me with this anger, and I say, ‘Did you vote for them?’ And they say, ‘No, but don’t you think they should have won?’ That’s the reason.”

So, Howie is hoping the voters voted for his Golden Buzzer despite them not having quite the amazing story that, say, Richard Goodall has.

So, while I think one of those three will win, there are several more impressive acts that can't be counted completely out.

    Roni Sagi & Rhythm

Roni and Rhythm flew all the way from Israel to compete. Roni has been training dogs to dance since 2019, but she and Rhythm first performed in 2022. And while Simon has called her the best dog act he’s ever seen on AGT , the fact that Adrian Stoica and Hurricane won last season, kind of puts the kibosh on another dog act winning two seasons in a row. She should have waited until 2025.

    Learnmore Jonasi

Learnmore is also one of the best comedians to ever take the AGT stage. He wound up as Terry Crews ’ Golden Buzzer and has kept us laughing ever since, but a comedian has never won the show and as much as I like Learnmore, I don’t think it will happen for him.

    Solange Kardinaly

Solange is a third-generation magician and quick-change artist who has a big online fan base from her performances on AGT. In fact, there are polls that predict she could win, but I’m just not feeling it. Maybe because we previously had Heidi’s Golden Buzzer, quick-change artist Léa Kyle , so it is not as unique of an act as the first time I saw it.

America’s Got Talent will reveal the winner for 2024 on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 9 p.m. ET?PT on NBC.
