'Survivor' Winner Kenzie Petty Gives Birth to First Child

2024 has been a year for the ages for Kenzie Petty . Four months after she was revealed to be the winner of Survivor 46 , the salon owner announced she had given birth to a baby boy with husband Jackson Petty .

"Out of everything I’ve ever done, this is by far the best," she wrote on Instagram, captioning a video of the new family of three cuddling together on the couch. "I don’t have the words to fully encompass everything, but it was perfect. Our birth was beautiful, we are doing great in postpartum. Everyone’s healthy and happy and he’s the most perfect thing I have ever seen. I’ll be soaking these snuggles in for the foreseeable future. This is everything I’ve ever dreamed of and so so so much more."

Kenzie had made her pregnancy announcement, fittingly, on Mother's Day via an Instagram photo shoot. At the time, she was still in the hunt for the million dollars on the 46th season of the CBS reality stalwart. And, ten days later, she was revealed as the champion, taking home the million dollars in a close 5-3 jury vote.

Kenzie has also kept her followers abreast of her journey to motherhood over the course of the summer. Across social media the past few months, she posted plenty about the ups and downs of her pregnancy, and the mounting anticipation for her growing family. Fans were able to keep up with everything she was doing before her self-proclaimed "baby hard launch" on September 28.

Kenzie's reveal prompted a massive outpouring of support from the Survivor community. Tiffany Nicole Ervin , Kenzie's tightest ally on Season 46, wrote, "🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹 I’m so happy for you friend!!! I can’t wait to meet him! ❤️🫶🏾" Maryanne Oketch , the winner of Survivor 42 , commented, "CONGRATS TO YOU MAMA!! ❤️" Additional well-wishes came in from alumni like Katurah Topps , Hai Giang , Sami Layadi , Carson Garrett , Owen Knight , Kellie Nalbandian , Evvie Jagoda , Lauren Harpe , and Brice Izyah .
