Coca-Cola is set to add two brand-new releases to its roster of soda options next year, and the announcement is getting mixed reviews from shoppers.

On Tuesday, Oct. 8, food blogger SnackwithZach took to Instagram to unveil the duo of products: Sprite + Tea and Coca-Cola Orange Cream.

In the caption, the insider described the "legendary new sodas," sharing that Sprite + Tea is "an iconic combination which people have been doing manually for years"— presumably comprised of the lemon-lime soda mixed with iced tea.

Meanwhile, Coca-Cola Orange Cream is the "successor to the recently discontinued Orange Vanilla." It's due out sometime in "quarter one" of 2025, an earlier slated date than Sprite + Tea.

Though no official information was released on the item, it is said to have a similar flavor profile to the Orange Vanilla variety.

In the comments of the social media post, fans expressed conflicting opinions on the beverages.

"ORANGE CREAM....THIS ORANGE DREAM MAKES ME WANNA ORANGE SCREAM! BEST. NEWS. EVER," one scream-wrote, while another showed similar excitement: "YAAAASSSSS ORANGE CREAM COKE!!!!"

"The orange cream sounds yummy!!" a third exclaimed, with a fourth adding, "Sprite tea sounds crazy but I bet it would make a killer slushie."

On the other hand, many consumers didn't seem as enthused and on-board with the announcement.

"SPRITE PLUS TEA? JAIL RIGHT AWAY," an Instagram user emphasized, as another chimed in, "Sprite tea sounds like it could be good but Coke needs to stop with these awful flavors 😂."

Someone else simply called the news "HUGE 🙌."

Why did Coke only make the Oreo soda in zero sugar form? Not sure I want to try it anyway but it shouldn't just be made in zero sugar formula...the zero sugar drinks already have that weird after taste so I don't buy them, which also means we can't fairly judge the new Oreo flavor, if we did buy it!
