Sami Sheen Shares Striking Confession About Childhood and Growing Up With Famous Parents

Sami Sheen opened up about what it was like growing up with two famous parents while answering fan-submitted questions on social media this week.

The 20-year-old daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards issued a prompt on Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Oct. 8. “Ask me stuff,” she urged before warning, “pls don’t ask me gross stuff about my body im not gonna answer those ones so there’s no point.”

In the snapshots that followed, Sami shared photos of herself alongside answers to various fan-submitted questions that ranged from her health to whether she sees a future for herself in acting. (“[D]efinitely not,” she responded to the latter, adding that she “can’t act to save my life.”)

After telling fans that her mental health “is all over the place” and that she tries to “make sure to stay active and get sunlight every day and it helps so much,” Sami responded to a fan who asked if she felt like she “grew up faster” than “most” kids as a result of having famous parents.

“[Y]eah definitely,” Sami responded. While she wrote that she is “so grateful for all the opportunities i got to have as a kid,” she added, “but i wish i didn’t grow up so fast.”

In addition to reflecting on her childhood, Sami also took an opportunity to look forward to the future when one fan asked if she had “fun trips or projects” in the works. She alluded to the forthcoming reality TV series about Richards’ family, which was announced back in June and is expected to include Richards’ oldest daughter. The show is expected to premiere in 2025, according to Entertainment Weekly .

In addition to Sami, Charlie and Richards share Lola , 19. The Wall Street actor also shares a 39-year-old daughter, Cassandra , with ex-girlfriend Paula Profit , and 15-year-old twins Bob and Max with ex-wife Brooke Mueller . Richards also has a 13-year-old daughter, Eloise , whom she adopted in 2013.
