Aldi Is Selling a Chic $20 Bamboo Bath Stool Similar to Home Depot and Amazon Styles Over 7x the Price

Bathroom stools are not only useful but if you buy one that’s stylish enough, it could also double as a home decor piece. Whether you use these stools to prop your leg up when shaving, need some extra assistance in the bathroom due to mobility issues, or want a cute spot to place towels for guests, a bathroom stool could be a good solution and addition to your space. Aldi’s upcoming Aldi Find is a bamboo stool just like this, plus it looks like Home Depot and Amazon styles up to seven times the price.

From Oct. 16 to Oct. 22, Aldi will be selling a SOHL Furniture Bamboo Bath Stool for $19.99 in the Aldi Finds section of their U.S. stores (while supplies last). It has a curved seat part and a straight lower shelf where you can store accessories or other “shower tools.” The piece has four legs that are angled in as it goes upward. And, as the name suggests, it’s made of bamboo material, which is popular in bathrooms since it’s relatively water-resistant and hygienic (it doesn’t grow bacteria as easily as other materials).

SOHL Furniture Bamboo Bath Stool , $19.99 at Aldi

The stool also measures 18.9 inches long, 16.54 inches wide and 10.34 inches tall. It, unfortunately, only holds up to 110 lbs, but it could be a good foot stool for shaving or mobility help. Plus, the whole thing could also act as an aesthetically pleasing shelf of sorts. Aldi even notes that you can use this elsewhere, like in the living room or entryway.

Forevich Bamboo Shower Bench Stool with Storage Shelf , $69.99 on Amazon

As we mentioned before, Aldi’s bamboo bathroom stool is similar to other styles out there, like the Forevich Bamboo Shower Bench Stool with Storage Shelf , which is $69.99 on Amazon. It’s also made of bamboo, in basically the same color, and it has a similar design to Aldi’s; it has a slightly curved seat and a shelf on the bottom. The legs aren’t angled as much and are slightly curved, plus it has handles on each side to easily carry it if necessary. It measures 12.99 inches deep, 23.78 inches wide and 18.43 inches tall, so it’s definitely a bit bigger than Aldi’s. It also holds a lot more weight—up to 250 lbs.

Dracelo Beige Bathroom Bamboo Shower Bench Seat with Storage Shelf , $146.77 at Home Depot

Home Depot also sells something similar to Aldi’s bamboo stool with the Dracelo Beige Bathroom Bamboo Shower Bench Seat with Storage Shelf . It retails for $146.77 and looks a lot like the Amazon version. It’s the same color as Aldi’s too, but it’s closer in size to Amazon’s: 18.5 inches tall, 13.4 inches wide and 24 inches long. However, it doesn’t provide information about how much weight it can hold.

So, if you’re in the market for a chic and cute bamboo stool that can double as a shelf in your bathroom and you want to spend less than $20, Aldi’s SOHL Furniture Bamboo Bath Stool is worth checking out.
