Sydney Sweeney just helped put a stop to a burglar in the Los Angeles area—even though she's currently working all the way across the country.

Even from afar, the Euphoria actress aided law enforcement in apprehending the burglary suspect after alerting authorities to the suspicious activity captured on her security cameras.

According to TMZ , Sweeney's security cameras caught a person sneaking around her property at around 3:30 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 14. They didn't end up staying long, as the trespasser then moved to her neighbor's place, where they allegedly entered and burglarized the home.

The outlet reports that since Sweeney, 27, had called the authorities over the situation at her own home, cops were able to rush to the neighbor's property and apprehend the suspect in the area.

The suspect has since been charged with felony burglary.

According to the Daily Mail , Sweeney owns two homes in the Los Angeles area, and it's not clear which one was involved in the incident.

But while all of the chaos was taking place in an L.A. neighborhood, the Anyone But You star was all the way on the East Coast, where she is currently filming a new movie based on legendary professional boxer Christy Martin .

Sweeney announced that she would be playing Martin in the biopic with a new Instagram post on Wednesday, Oct. 16, where she gave fans a first look at the training she's been doing to get in shape for the role.
