Cher, 78, and Boyfriend, 38, Pack on the PDA in Coordinating Looks During Recent Outing

Musical icon Cher and her boyfriend Alexander "AE" Edwards headed out in New York City for the reopening of Burberry's flagship store on Wednesday, Oct. 16, showing off their love in coordinating outfits.

The 78-year-old singer wore an edgy black trench coat-style jacket and sleek matching pants, while Edwards, 38, wore a double-breasted suit with white pinstripes. The couple held hands as they posed together and smiled at the cameras.

Cher and Edwards' outfits perfectly complemented each other, and even their hair seemed planned to go together. Cher rocked a light blond color while her boyfriend's hair was dark at his roots and light on top. The two appeared to enjoy their night out the day after Cher performed at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

The highly-anticipated event was held on Oct. 15 in NYC, with two rising stars in the music industry, K-pop star Lisa and Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Tyla , taking the stage as well. Cher performed a medley of the songs “Strong Enough” and “Believe" during her performance, dominating the stage as the models strutted down the runway around her.

Edwards also attended the show to support his girlfriend, with the two cuddling up on the red carpet. During an interview with Entertainment Tonight , Edwards smiled encouragingly while Cher answered questions ahead of her performance, laughing along as she humbly accepted the interviewer's compliments.

The celebrity couple reportedly first met in 2022, and by the end of the year, the two sparked engagement rumors . Cher and Edwards reportedly broke up early the next year, but months later, they were back together. They appear to be doing well as it gets to the end of 2024.
