There are some things in life that you learn early on and you just seem to know how to do them without thinking about it. For example, making a bowl of cereal . You grab your favorite box of cereal, pour it into a bow, then pour cold milk over it until the cereal is mostly submerged in the milk. Grab a spoon and enjoy your breakfast !

But what if we've been doing it wrong this whole time?

Content creator @frankystrings3.0 just shared how he makes cereal, and it has us rethinking everything! It seems a little odd, but Franky insists it's the best way.

Franky says he pours his milk into the bowl and then tops it off with the cereal because it keeps the cereal crunchy for longer, and it does make sense. As he shows in his video, if you pour the milk over the cereal, some of it sits under the milk. However, if you pour the cereal on top of the milk, most of the cereal will float, which means it doesn't get soggy as quickly.

Some people said that they like their cereal a little soggy, though, so this is not a method they want to use. This is all about personal preference, even if it’s less common, but if you like crunchy cereal, this is a great method to try! If you're super particular about eating crunchy cereal, you could even pour some cereal on top of the milk, eat it, then add another portion of cereal.

"Just eat it before it gets soggy," someone said in the comments to the TikTok video. That's one way to do it, but if you like to enjoy each bite, Franky's method is a better idea.

"You're an evil genius," someone else said. "This is what I have been saying, but everyone thinks I am crazy," another person chimed in. Crazy genius or just crazy? I guess we'll just have to try it to find out.
