International fast food companies often tweak their offerings depending on what part of the world their restaurants are in, offering menu items with local ingredients or catering to their clientele’s palates.
But Wendy’s fans in the United States are begging for the fast food giant to bring one of its new international items to the states as soon as possible.

Food blogger Snackolator reports that Wendy’s has a new dessert called Rocky Road Frosty Overload, which is a chocolate Frosty “topped with caramelized walnuts, soft marshmallows, and chocolate sauce.”
According to Wendy’s social media accounts, who posted that they are “making the szn cooler,” the Rocky Road Frosty Overload is currently available in the Philippines.
Wendy’s currently does not have Frosty sundaes on the menu in the United States, though Snackolator did mention that the fast food chain has tested them in the country before.
“Bring this to the US,” wrote one fan about the Rocky Road dessert in food blogger's comments, with another agreeing that “the US needs this!”
Other fans then shared what kind of Frosty sundae they would want to have available at their local Wendy’s, with one writing that they’d want “Christmas sugar cookies with an icing glaze and festive winter sprinkles.” Another commenter said their dream Frosty sundae combo “would be with cookie dough and reese’s chunks.”
This isn’t the first time American Wendy’s fans have felt left out of the Frosty game—the burger joint is currently offering a pistachio Frosty in Saudi Arabia that had some fans saying “I would eat @wendys every single day if we had this in the US” about the vanilla Frosty swirled with a pistachio syrup.
However, fans in the United States are in luck for one limited-edition Frosty, as the chain has gone all in on its Spongebob Squarepants collaboration and debuted the “Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty.” The “first-of-its-kind dessert” is made with a Vanilla Frosty base and “swirled with Pineapple Mango Puree,” according to a memo addressed to Wendy's U.S. franchisees and company owners.
While the Spongebob collab is ending shortly, Frosty fans have another seasonal flavor to look forward to in the United States, as the next dessert item slated to come out is the Salted Caramel Frosty . Unlike the Spongebob Frosty, the soft serve itself is salted caramel-flavored, meaning the fan-favorite Vanilla Frosty will temporarily disappear to make room for the limited-time treat.
