Mom Reveals Husky with High Standards Might Just Be a Descendant of Royalty

Huskies can be pretty vocal when they want something. They might howl or scream to make their point clear. Their little tantrums might be funny, but sometimes, they're actually teaching their "pawrents" the rules of the house. Just ask Levi, who has inadvertently trained his humans to follow the rules of royalty—because anything less is for peasants.

The July 28 video shared to Instagram by @levithehuskyrescue shows how the king of the house lives, and it's truly fit for royalty. Take a look below!

In the hilarious Instagram clip captioned, "My Husky would very much like to go home to his royal family," Mom shares Levi's rules for living like the king he is.

"Signs my Husky wasn't actually rescued but dognapped from a royal family," the video says as Levi is shown eating. "Number one, he will only eat his breakfast in bed. Number two, he will only eat organic or grass-fed meat on top of his kibble and would rather starve than eat anything else."

Rule number three mentions the particular pup throws a tantrum whenever he doesn't get his way and by the next scene, he's yelling up a storm!

The next couple of rules cover how His Highness prefers to get around. He likes to be carried over wet grass, gravel, and hardwood and only prefers to walk on a special carpet they roll out—and take with them wherever they go!— just for him. When they don't have the carpet, he "demands to be airlifted across the floor," which is honestly the most extra thing ever!

Levi also prefers to be lifted into the vehicle when they go anywhere or onto a bed whenever he so chooses. The final rule says he will only eat snacks given by fork or by hand, and the rest is history!

Levi has a ton of fans for his antics, and they had a lot to say.

"Probably the most efficient human trainer I’ve ever seen," one person noted. "He is so low-maintenance, he basically takes care of himself," another joked. "Simple solution, he needs his own butler. Can't believe he doesn't have one!!!" another added.

    Why Huskies Are So Vocal

If you've seen one Husky howl or "back talk," you've seen them all! Known for their sass, this breed can be opinionated. AskVet explains Huskies are so vocal because, quite simply, they love to talk! They might be trying to tell you how they feel, what they want, or just that they love you. Sometimes, it's reactionary, but it's also been ingrained in them genetically to use their voice to communicate with their pack for survival.

The site says to pay attention to the timing, location, and the kinds of barking or howling to determine what they're after. And, like with Levi, enjoy the fact that they're trying to communicate with you (even if they've been "talking" at you all day!).
