Puppies can play with almost anything. They can easily be entertained for hours with a simple stuffie, squeaky toy, or tug-of-war rope, even if they don't have anyone reciprocating the play. Poppy, the Havanese pup, however, prefers the simpler things in life, like laundry. Give her a pair of folded jeans or a stack of shirts, and she's a happy girl, even if it takes Mom longer to put them away.
The August 12 TikTok video posted by @poppypeachhh shows the "helpful" canine doing what puppies do best: playing while Mom does chores! Check her out!
"Thought it would be nice for her to be out of her pen while I folded my laundry.... nope," the caption says. The short clip shows the excited Havanese rooting through the stack of laundry on Mom's bed. Though Mom is trying to fold the clothes to put them away, Poppy has other plans, namely, playing.
This cutie pie's version of "helping" includes burying herself in the deepest parts of the pile, biting and chewing already folded clothes, hiding under the bedspread, and being the best kind of distraction there is! She's a total natural! Well, not a natural at putting laundry away, but at being Poppy!
Laundry aside, the Havanese pup is no stranger to being an adorable little fur ball. It doesn't matter what she's getting into—just look at her! Some of her favorite hobbies include playing, looking for things to play with, and playing some more, even if she's doing it alone.

Havanese Dogs Are "Natural Clowns"
Poppy is a star. That part is obvious. As it turns out, the American Kennel Club says Havanese dogs have a lot of really great traits. Known to be extroverted, these social pups live for an audience and are said to be "natural clowns." One look at Poppy, and it's clear.
Their fun-loving, easy-going personalities make for great "trick" training so they can show off their intelligence, while their small size and can-do attitude make them the perfect dog companion for families with kids or anyone in smaller city spaces, like apartments.
Havanese aren't big barkers, either, but like any small dog, they'll happily be the watchdog of their people—even if they aren't big enough to protect anyone. But really, it's their social butterfly status and peppy walk that makes them true stars like Poppy. Honestly, being compact and fluffy while looking that cute should be illegal!
