When hunger strikes, few things sound better than fresh, hot French fries. Just ask Edna the Brussels Griffon, whose sole goal at the moment is getting her paws on some fries and honestly, who can blame her?

The TikTok clip posted by @ednatherunt shows the hungry pup being so patient for her treat and honestly, when it comes to fries, we get it. Check her out!

"Waiting for French fries at the drive thru like," the video says as Edna sits on Mom's shoulder. The adorable little pup is so calm, looking out to the drive-thru window in hopes that those piping hot fries come out soon.

"Where are my fries?" the caption asks. "Kinda worried about em."

It's Edna's big eyes and quiet nervous panting just thinking about the tasty treat that's so relatable and many of her fans agree.

"Those eyes DO seem to convey concern about the timeliness and quantity of fries," one person wrote. "I would do anything for Edna," another said. "AĀ demure and mindful little bird," another addded, to which Edna's Mom replied, "In my parrot era."

Though we don't get to see the end result, we can only hope Edna got her salty snack!

    Can Dogs Eat French Fries?

Of course, fries are delicious, and when we eat yummy things, our dogs naturally want you to share. PetMD advises dogs can technically have French fries , but with a caveat, because they're not the healthiest option for your pup pals (or humans, TBH, but they're so good!).

While it's okay for dogs to have potatoes or a fry here or there, there are a few things they're commonly cooked with that can cause stomach upset. The frying oil, too much salt, garlic powder, and all the other tasty seasonings can be toxic to dogs. If your dog has too many fries and has any troubling signs of diarrhea or vomiting, you should call your vet right away. Generally speaking, though, a little nibble shouldn't do much damage.

Some other alternatives to fries may not sound as appealing, but they're healthier. But while there are plenty of foods they can eat , like fruit or vegetables (carrot sticks or apple slices), we all know they're not as good as fries! Somehow, even pups seem to realize that, too! As for Edna? This gal knows a good thing when she sees it, and clearly, she can't get enough.
