Sleepy Little Girl Wakes Up to Surprise Cavapoo Puppy and Can't Believe Her Eyes

When a sweet little girl woke up, her family surprised her with a Cavapoo puppy sitting on her bed, and it's the most precious video.

On August 3, 2024, TikTok user Lacey Ann Newman (@lacey_lilah) shared a video of her daughter getting the best surprise when she woke up for the day. Take a look!

In a video that's under a minute long, we get to see the most incredible surprise for a little girl who loves dogs.

"Waking my daughter up with her new puppy," the text on the screen reads. "The end, though," the video text continues, adding some heart-eye emojis.

The little girl is asleep while the little puppy looks around on the bed. Her mom gently wakes her up, and when she sits up and sees the puppy, she seems like she's still sleeping a little but starts to pet the puppy.

The puppy is as happy as could be, as you can see from how fast its tail is wagging. And as the little girl starts to wake up and realize what's going on, it's so incredibly adorable. They're going to be the best of friends!

The video's caption reads, "Waking my baby girl up with her new puppy Bluey." In the comments, it's clear that this sweet video touched others' hearts, too.

What Families Should Know About Cavapoos

According to Pumpkin Care , Cavapoos are a cross between a King Charles Cavalier and a poodle, and they're fun little pups. And they've shown to be a good mix for families .

"Their low-shed coats, high intelligence, and loyal, sociable temperament and energy proved to be an excellent mix for family-oriented dogs," the experts say. Since the Cavapoo is a mix of those two breeds, one being mini and the other medium-sized, these dogs tend to range quite a bit in size from 7 to 18 pounds and 9 to 14 inches tall, Pumpkin Care shares.

PetPlan describes the Cavapoo's temperament as "Sweet, friendly, intelligent, sensitive," which sounds perfect for families. And they are considered great family dogs, especially in a family where they can be at the center.
