Love truly knows no limits, even when it comes to animals. Just ask Jynx the Doberman. He's head over heels for his rescue bunny friend Zelda, and their unique companionship is the stuff dreams are made of.

In a heartwarming TikTok video shared by @jynxthedoberman , the gentle giant takes good care of Zelda, proving love comes in all sizes, shapes, and colors. Take a look at their magical friendship!

"This video just goes to show its how you bring them up, stop blaming the breed!" the caption says.

In the near 1-minute clip, a montage of scenes plays out with Jynx and Zelda. The bunny zooms around the pup, then they cuddle and exchange kisses. In the end as they're laying together, Jynx cleans Zelda lovingly as if they'd been together for centuries before.

These two were truly meant to find each other and the internet agrees.

"That’s got to be the sweetest thing I’ve seen in a long time. Just wholesome loveliness!" one person remarked. "First cry of the day: check," another wrote. "Ahh heart melting," another added.

Watching their love blossom is a great reminder of how capable pets are of loving and being loved. They all deserve this kind of friendship.

    Dobermans Can Be Gentle-Natured

Jynx is a special boy, for sure, but he's not the only Doberman capable of getting along with smaller pets like Zelda. Though the Hinsdale Humane Society explains that historically, some dog breeds get along better with rabbits, it still depends on a few important factors. Your dog and bunny's temperament, personality, prey drive instincts, and breed should all be taken into account.

The site says in general, breeds less likely to go after a bunny include Golden Retrievers, Bulldogs, Boston Terriers, Pugs, Poodles, Great Pyrenees, Maltese, and a few others would be a great first choice to pair with a rescue bunny, but that's not a hard and fast rule. There are always those that break the mold, just like Jynx.

In fact, there are quite a few breeds like Dobermans , Huskies, German Shepherds (and more) that were bred for hunting or have a high prey drive that are fantastic with a small companion like Zelda. Again, it depends on the dog and how they've been raised. Dobermans are quite capable of being sweet and gentle with bunnies, like any other breed, if they've been raised to get along and their personality shows as much. They're already known to be wonderfully loyal protectors.

We love Jynx and Zelda. They're breaking the stereotype about big dogs and small companions, and we're here for it!
