A grumpy cat named Milo "narrates" his day after grandma dropped off her two cats, and the day was quite the journey.

On August 17, 2024, TikTok user Milo the Chonk (@mrmilothechonk) shared a video of how spending time with his Grandma's cats turned out. Take a look!

In a minute-long video , we meet Milo the Chonk, an adorable but grumpy Tabby cat who sees the world differently than most.

"This week has been absolutely atrocious," the cat narrates. "My backup employee, Grandma, decided to drop off her two felines for reasons unbeknownst to me. One is a ginger, and the other is Poppy's twin. I have no doubt that they share one brain cell."

Milo was "quite displeased" that he wasn't asked for permission before the "unwelcome guests" were dropped off at his house. And, according to him, the whole thing was "absurd" because his "employees are not even allowing me to meet these intruders."

We're guessing Milo calls his family his "employees," but he has another name for his human: butler.

"To top it all off, my butler is spending a great day of time with these fools, which is taking away from her tending to my various needs," Milo complained. "I am quite low maintenance and don't ask for much."

By the end of the video, Milo seemed relatively defeated, lying down on the middle of the table, belly up. "The hardships I endure as a feline seem to be never-ending," he said.

In the video's caption it took a sarcastic jab at Milo, writing, "the audacity."

The comment section is also hilarious because people who have been following Milo the Chonk for a while know that "low maintenance" isn't exactly his vibe.

One wrote, "Poor Milo. Ever the gentleman."

Another shared, "Milo, you are many things, but low maintenance is not one of them."

Someone else added, "Butler must compensate Milo for this audacity."

One explained, "Milo won’t ever forgive Grandma for this disrespect."

Another joked, "My word! The sacrifices you endure Milo for the lower class must be EXHAUSTING!"

What's the Best Way to Introduce Cats?

If you have a cat, you know they can be very choosy about who they spend time with. Some run under the bed when people they don't know enter their house, and when a new cat comes in, that tension can be even more palpable.

While Milo may not have understood why his "employees" didn't allow him to meet the "intruders" right away, it's actually best to take things slow when you're introducing adult cats to each other .

According to Pet MD , It's best to keep cats separated at first, in a different room without allowing any contact with the resident cat. "Even visual contact between cats can cause stress and start the relationship off negatively," the experts warn. "Allow the new cat time to decompress in her new environment before progressing further in the process."

From there, the process continues to be done slowly. Start to introduce the scent of the other cats to both cats, allowing them to smell each other through the closed door.

If this goes well, "take an item from each of the cats’ environments and place it in the other cat’s environment," Pet MD writes. This object can be a toy or bedding--anything with the cat's smell.

Take your time with these steps; it will make a big difference in how well the cats interact. Slowly, you can let them see each other with a barrier, then up close but with close supervision, and when all goes well, they'll be able to play and interact and cuddle.
