Bulldog Totally Steals the Spotlight While Mom Tries To Make Try-On Haul Video

Anyone who's a parent to a dog knows that there is one undeniable truth: You will never be the main character again, even in your own life. Not only are dogs particularly skilled at the art of being the center of attention, but they're also really cute, far cuter than a human being could ever hope to be. Honestly, how is any mere mortal supposed to compete with that? The sooner you embrace it, the better. The world revolves around your dog now — and is that really such a bad thing?

One dog mom learned that lesson the hard way when trying to film a video for TikTok. She got interrupted over and over again by her dog each time she tried to make it about her... but after seeing this video, you'll probably agree that her pup is the real star of the show.

Dog mom Sarah Ensell shared this adorable footage on TikTok on Saturday, August 17. She was attempting to show off clothes that she recently bought in a try-on haul video, but there was one creature in the background who simply couldn't let his mom take center stage: her English Bulldog , Bentley.

Try as Sarah might to let her viewers see her outfit, Bentley just keeps creeping around the corner so he's on camera — and since his mom has eyes, I'm willing to bet that she knows that all attention will be on Bentley, not her, if he's in the frame!

Though she was eventually able to film the haul without Bentley interrupting too much of it, her followers were very vocal about the video only being better with his presence.

One commenter wrote, "let him do his fit check!" while another added, "I won’t watch a try on haul without Bentley now." Fair enough!

More About Bentley & Gigi

Bentley and Gigi, who is his sister, are both Bulldogs, and they both live a pretty magical life — you know, when they aren't busy stealing their mom's spotlight, although that appears to be something they both do quite often!

Bentley even has his own pink leopard print carseat in his mom's hot pink car. Something tells me Elle Woods from Legally Blonde would totally approve of this (and yes, I am jealous).

He's still a puppy, though, and is only a recent addition to Sarah's fam. They adopted him in March , but it seems like he's making himself right at home — and gets along so well with his big sister, Gigi.
