If you're a cat parent, you already know that there are those moments when you come home and just feel like you're in trouble with your pet. Cats aren't quite like dogs, who run to the door and practically knock you over with their enthusiasm that you're finally home. In my household, it's far more likely that you'd walk in and notice one of my cats sitting in a chair, paws crossed, like they've been waiting up all night for me and noticed that I tried to sneak in past curfew. They always look like they're ready to give me a lecture.
And sometimes, if you have more than one cat, it truly can feel like they're ganging up on you! But the cat mom who shared this TikTok video has twice as many cats as I do, so I can only imagine how she must have felt getting home to see this...
On Thursday, August 22, cat mom Lisa Hampton Holder shared the alarming sight that she came home to: her four cats (three of them being Sphynx kitties ) all assembled in the window, staring her down — something she said she wasn't sure how she felt about!
"Nudacris and the gang are all in the window at once," she wrote in the video (yes, her cat's name is Nudacris. Amazing). "This is very rare. It seems like they had a meeting I wasn't invited to!"
They do all look very serious — not excited to see her, not even playing with each other, just keeping very solemn faces as they watch her. And is it just me, or do they actually look kind of mad?!
These just aren't cats I would want to upset. She'd better sleep with one eye open.
Nudacris & His Partners in Crime
As it turns out, Nudacris and his kitty siblings are actually kind of a big deal — and with a name like that, nobody should be surprised. The other cats have pretty hilarious names, too: Boris Naked, Khaleesi Nude, and Kitty Koture. And of course, they already have well over 200k followers on TikTok.
Back in 2022, Nudacris got a little extra attention when his namesake, Ludacris, shared one of his videos on Instagram, so it makes sense that he's amassed quite a following.
"My girl Sphynx is kind and sweet and Nudacris tests her nerves," Nudacris' mom told The Blast. "He really loves to get on the other cats' backs or corner them. He will jump into the robot litter box when another cat is in there and that's unheard of in cat world."
But given the cat's big personality (which is only brought out more by his siblings), he's kept people interested.
Whatever those cats had a meeting about, it seemed serious. Hope nobody's in too much trouble!
