Mom Unleashes Posh Pop-Up Restaurant Idea for Dogs with a Michelin Star Name

Depending on where you live in the country, you may have noticed that restaurants are becoming more dog-friendly. Where I live in Florida, many seem to understand pet parents prefer staying home to leaving their beloved four-legged friends behind. So, many establishments allow dogs to join their humans and customize menus just for them. It's a fun way to enjoy a night out with your four-legged companion.

But this mom’s ideal concept offers far more than a hamburger or a piece of grilled chicken—it’s a spread fit for canine kings. To see this priceless upscale dining experience, watch the video shared on August 12.

This is an incredible idea! After seeing it, pet parents in Williamsburg will want to book a reservation. She’s named her establishment Eleven Madison Bark, a nod to Eleven Madison Park, the first restaurant with a vegan menu to receive the prestigious three-star Michelin rating. When Deana (@ deannadirector ) and her pup Vincent arrived promptly for their 4 PM reservation, she reported, “The vibes were immaculate.” The nine-course meal started with water in a marble dog bowl, followed by an amuse-bouche of tasty treats, including beef tartare served in half a tennis ball.

After enjoying various goodies, a pre-worn sock was brought out to cleanse his palate. LOL! Then, a creative interpretation of “Peanut butter on a spoon” was served: a celery stalk smeared with peanut butter . This high-end experience also included an ice cube tasting with water from “Tap to toilet.” Ha! Vincent also enjoyed Noah’s Bark, dog gazpacho, and his favorite part of the meal was dessert, which was a deconstructed pumpkin pie.

Can Dog’s Dine in NYC Restaurants?

Although this concept would undoubtedly have plenty of people booking reservations, unfortunately, non-service dogs are not allowed inside New York City restaurants . However, at an establishment’s discretion, they can join their parents when dining outside. Dogs are also not allowed to eat at the table and must be served from disposable dishes provided by the restaurant, as those brought from home are not permissible either.

People wanted to see this concept come to life. Viewer @boncnie responded, “Wish this was a real thing. Make it happen y’all!” It would be fun! Viewer @ultrathinap remarked, “Omg, I was about to try to book this for my dogs!” It would sell out four months at a time if it were real. Viewer @rizzofurever responded, “I can get behind this. We all deserve to be spoiled and understood.” That’s for sure.

Perhaps one day, we can dine with our dogs in a Michelin-star restaurant. Until then, we must provide them with their fancy meals at home . Luckily, dogs don’t care where they eat as long as the food is good and they’re with us.
