"Honey is a little obsessed..." the text on the screen reads.

At first, we see the baby lying down, fresh and brand new to the world, and Honey is keeping a closer eye on it, keeping her nose and paw close to the baby's head.

The next clip shows the baby a little older sitting in a rocker chair and Honey has gently put her two paws and head on the bottom of the rocker, again keeping a close eye on the baby.

Honey looks like a very sweet older sister who is intrigued by her little sister and wants to keep her happy, safe, and knowing she's loved.

The video's caption read, "POV: your big sister's a Golden Retriever . " In the comments, people shared their reactions to the video and their cute bond.

One wrote, "I would be obsessed with the Golden."

Another shared, "That is the sweetest thing."

Someone else added, "I am crying at this account."

Safety Tips When Introducing Your Dog to Your Newborn Baby

Just like it's important to be intentional when introducing your dog to another dog, it's important to do the same when bringing home a newborn baby.

Of course we all know our dogs best and we never want to think that they would hurt someone intentionally, erring on the side of caution is important.

According to the American Kennel Club , there are some changes you should make before your baby comes home to help ease your dog into new siblinghood.

"Give your dog a special treat while playing recordings of a baby crying," the club shares. "Introduce new smells by having someone bring a piece of baby’s clothing home from the hospital before you all arrive."

Doing these changes before your baby comes home helps your dog slowly transition into being a big sibling without it al being completely new the second your new baby enters the world.

When your baby is here, the American Kennel Club says that you should "NEVER leave your dog alone with the baby even if your pup is normally trustworthy."

The organization also suggests that you make sure your dog has a place to escape to if all the baby noise and activity gets to be too much and to always give your dog a lot of attention when the baby is around.

"You want to build positive associations with the baby in your dog’s mind and scolding in the presence of the baby will have the opposite effect," they suggest.

These two are going to be the very best of friends, we can feel it.
