A Blue Heeler met a horse for the first time and her wide-eyed confusion has got everyone in stitches.

On August 26, 2024, TikTok user Brandi Kay (@brandikay623) shared a video of her adorable Blue Heeler meeting a horse and her hilarious reaction. Take a look!

In a quick 11-second video , we meet Roper, a Blue Heeler who says everything with her face.

In the video, Roper is sitting in the passenger seat of a car that's stopped and not moving. Roper looks a little hesitant and weary because there's a horse outside her window.

She's not even looking at the horse, who has his nose inside the window, and the sweet dog looks terrified but in an adorable way.

Roper keeps giving the side eye, trying to see what the horse is doing as he bobs his head in and out of the car. When the horse takes their head out of the window as if they're going to move along, Roper turns to look at the horse before looking back at the person behind the camera.

Adding to the hilariousness of the video is the sound that's playing. It's a viral sound that says, "Ewww, brother. What is that?"

"Roper doesn't know what to think of the horses yet," the video's caption reads. And in the comments, people had a field day with this hilarious video.

One wrote, "Gorgeous dog and horse."

Another shared, "The way he refuses to look at it."

Someone else joked, "Don't make eye contact."

One added, "The panic in her eyes," adding a laughing, crying emoji.

Another wrote, "What is this? A crossover episode?"

One TikTok user shared, "Look at her eyes!!"

Blue Heelers Historically Worked as Cattle Dogs

According to the American Kennel Club . Blue Heelers, also known as Australian Cattle Dogs, are known for being really good at "controlling and, of course, moving livestock." They're known for being resilient and "intelligent enough to routinely outsmart their owners."

This dog breed has "boundless energy" and "are true-blue loyal, famously smart, tenacious, ever alert, and may be wary of strangers."

The American Kennel Club adds that since these pups are herders, they require a lot of space to burn off their energy.

"It is recommended that [Australian Cattle Dog] owners participate with these versatile dogs in some work, sport, or regular exercise to keep them mentally and physically fit," they explain.

Of course it's important to keep in mind that not all dogs are the same, even if they're the same breed.

So, while many Blue Heelers might have no trouble around other animals, sweet Roper does, and it's the reason we're all giggling right now.
