A beautiful Maine Coon is growing up so quickly in a video that shows the beautiful cat growing from a tiny kitten to a big kitten.

On September 3, 2024, TikTok user Wild Mane Maine Coons (@wildmane_mainecoons) shared a video of one of their cats named Winnie, and she’s growing so quickly. Take a look!

In a quick 12-second video, we see Winnie , a beautiful red Maine Coon grow before our eyes.

“From tiny kitten to big kitten,” the video text reads. At first, there’s a very small, beautiful kitten on the video with cute tipped-down ears and beautiful blue eyes.

Then, the video switches to some time later, when Winnie, who is still a kitten, has grown up a lot.

Now, her ears are straight up with the signature tiffs of hair on the tips, and her blue eyes have changed to more grey-green eyes. And she’s stunning.

“Winnie is growing up,” the video’s caption reads. And in the comments, people had a lot to say about the beautiful kitten who is growing so quickly.

One wrote, “I had an orange Maine coon growing up, and he was the best cat ever. He would play with us and allow us to dress him up.”

    Another shared, “So beautiful.”

Someone else added, “I’m obsessed with Maine Coons so precious.”

One explained, “Oh my heavens, your babies are beautiful.”

Another wrote, “The eyes when it was a baby were gorgeous.”

Someone else shared, “I am crying!! My baby.”

How Big Do Maine Coons Get?

Maine Coon cats are known for being one of the larger house cats, and they can get pretty large. According to Trupanion , “These beautiful kitties are renowned across the world for their majestic appearance complete with ear tufts, bushy tails, and stoic gazes — and yes, they're quite large compared to most other types of pet cats!”

The site explains that these cats can get quite big when compared to a typical house cat.

“Maine Coons when fully grown, can reach between 19 and 30 pounds and can be up to three feet long.

“The Guinness World Record for the longest tail ever recorded on a domestic cat was awarded in 2016 to a Maine Coon named Cygnus, whose tail measured in at 17.58 inches long,” the site explains. “For comparison, the average tail length for a domesticated cat is 12 inches.”

It’s hard to predict exactly how big your Maine Coon will get if you don’t know the parents. If you know the parents, you can get a general idea that your cat will be approximately the size of the mom or the dad.

Winnie is still growing, and it will be a while until she’s considered fully grown, and we’re excited to see how much more magical and regal she’ll get.
