A cute blind senior foster dog reunited with his brother during a special playdate after being apart for three months, and it's so adorable.
On September 8, 2024, the TikTok account for Gray Muzzle Crew (@graymuzzlecrew) shared a video of a senior dog named Rushing Rascal who had a heartwarming, long overdue visit with his brother. Take a look!
"Taking our blind senior foster dog to a playdate with his brother," the text on the screen reads.

In the clip, we meet Rushing Rascal, who has a really cute temporary hairstyle with blues, yellow, pink, and purple in the hair at the top of his head and ears.
"It had been over 3 months since they were together," the video continues.
Rushing Rascal knew right away when a dog whose smell he recognized came close to him. The two dogs started to sniff each other.
"I know that scent..." the text reads. "It's my brother!"
When the two dogs are done smelling each other and recognizing who they are, they are inseparable during their playdate.
"It was like no time had gone by at all," the video explains. While walking, Rushing Rascal kept his body close and touched his brother, who was happy to act as his eyes.
"They did a lot of walking," the video explained. "It was beautiful to see them together again."
In the video's caption, Gray Muzzle Crew gave a backstory on these two pups.
"This was such a heartwarming visit! The brothers hadn't been together since June 1st," the caption explained.
"Our foster Rushing Rascal is available for adoption from @frostedfaces in Ramona, California. He's 11 years old and weighs 18 lbs. He's super sweet, very active, but is also content to just be your cuddle buddy."
The write-up explained that Rushing Rascal "loves long walks in the park, on the beach, up the street and...well, you get the picture," which is what we saw in the video.
Rushing Rascal, the Blind Dog, Is Being Cared for at Frosted Faces Foundation
According to the adoption page on Frosted Faces Foundation , Rushing Rascal is currently with a foster family , but he's looking for a forever home.
"Rushing Rascal was entrusted to our care as part of our Final Wish Program. He and five other dogs from the same home arrived on April 19th after their dad passed away," the adoption page shared. "Rushing Rascal is an all-around good boy and bundle of love! He is 11 years old and weighs about 20 lbs."
Despite being blind, the sweet senior dog is "so confident and brave, you wouldn't know he is blind." His foster family says he's the sweetest dog.
"Rascal has made it so very easy! He may be blind, but he needs no special care except for the love you'd give to any dog," the foster mom writes.
"Rascal walked into our house and made himself right at home. He mapped things out right away and navigates beautifully," she continued. And he's taking these changes all in stride.
"He's very smart, intuitive, and empathic. He knows when someone needs love and will cuddle up to them," she continues. "He would be fun to take to training classes. He's already learning what 'turn right' and 'turn left' mean on our walks."
We're sure this adorable pup will find the right family for him!
