Celebrating a dog's birthday should be special because we never know how many we'll get with them. For a French Bulldog named Bleu, her 11th birthday means getting lots of attention and being sung to—but she's really just here for the cake (aren't we all).

On September 10, 2024, Kerri Louise Masters (@kerri.louise.maste) shared the adorable TikTok video showing Bleu's birthday and her patience waiting for her cake is admirable.  She's so polite! Take a look!

In the 1-minute-long video that says, "Just a little boy singing Happy Birthday to his dog," little Bleu sits next to her human brother as he holds a small cupcake lit with candles. As he sings Happy Birthday, the Frenchie patiently sits still until he's finished. Once he blows out the candles and offers her the sweet confection, she's overjoyed, but it's her regal elegance in waiting that has everyone in awe.

"Happy 11th Birthday to our Boo Boos, we love you so so much," the caption reads, and a lot of Bleu's followers have a lot to say about it!

"Absolutely no eye contact because being sung happy birthday is so embarrassing, I feel you girl," one person wrote. "Aww, love the dog's face waiting all patiently," another noted. "Bless her she's adorable. More life and birthdays to your beautiful lady," another added, and hundreds of others chimed in birthday wishes for the sweet girl and still, she only wants her cake!
