An outing with Mom makes any bad day better, especially when it involves all your favorite things. Buster the Shih-Tzu mix recently had a fun-filled day out, and it's everything a pup like him could ever dream of.

On September 19, 2024, @thebusterboyy shared a look into "a day in the life" of Buster while spending some quality time with mom. I think you'll agree that this is just too cute!

The minute-long clip begins with a trip to Pets at Home where he entertains Mom by trying to fit underneath a shelf before snagging a little pre-Christmas gift and food. From there, the two go on "walkies," which is this good boy's "favorite time of the day," because he gets to eat mud, drink lake water and swim.

As they drive off, the Shih-Tzu mix stands on his hind legs to look out the window so the fresh air could blow in his face. By the time they got home, it was bath time and a little digging at the couch to get excess energy out just before drifting off to sleep in Mom's arms. Talk about a perfect day!

"Absolutely brilliant Buster...You did have a busy day!!..Yes looking at the state of your bath water!!" one person wrote.

"OMG, I love this puppy dog he’s a mucky puppy and so funny but just so adorable," another said.

"The way he’s flopped on the ground in Pets at Home is perfect," another added.

Buster's day is perfection, just like him!

Fun Things To Do with Your Dog

You don't have to make an intricate plan to make memories. Best Friends Animal Society notes you can have fun with your dog with minimal preparation and it doesn't even need to take long to strengthen your bond together.

    Here are a few ideas:

Set up an agility course in your back yard and let them have fun exploring it. It doesn't have to be a training session per se, but a way to spice up their usual play time.

Take a day trip to a nearby city to explore together or find a hiking trail. Since most pups generally love riding in the car, that will feel like an adventure all by itself. If you're feeling particularly bold, take them camping !

Go to a local dog park where they can meet new friends and socialize. It's even better if you bring a frisbee or ball to play fetch with in the nearby grass. That'll wear them out!

Even if you never leave the house like Buster, hide-and-seek with their favorite treat or cool trick training could feel like the best day ever for your fur baby.
