Some pups are natural-born stars. They're meant for the limelight, and the limelight they shall have. If you were to meet Ringo the Bichon Frise, you'd understand, because this dog has all the right moves for the big time, and nothing's getting in his way.

If you've never seen a dog dance like Ringo, you're seriously missing out. He has all the rhythm necessary to win any dance-off—even against one talented cactus! Watch little Ringo go!

If those moves didn't move you, watch it again. Actually, @ringodance_official has a lot of dancing videos showing off the pup's choreography. It's no wonder he's garnered nearly 300k followers. With so much dignified sass and personality three times his small stature, this little guy will make it to Broadway in no time, and his followers are all about it.

"When someone else tries to steal your limelight and you say no," one person joked. "Me on the dance floor," another said. "The way he hugged the cactus like he wanted it to stop dancing. Then came 'ok u continue, I continue,'" another wrote.

We never knew how much competition there could be between an animatronic toy and a dog, but here we are. And, for the record, Ringo wins!

Bichon Frise Pups Love Tricks, Training and Family

Even with their incredibly small frames (just under 1 foot), dogs like Ringo more than make up for their size with their huge personalities. As affectionate and social creatures, the Bichon enjoys time with family and playing with toys, but more than anything they're really great at training. Whether it's basic obedience or trick training, these dogs know how to perform and love every second of it.

PetMd describes the Bichon Frise as "curious" and they "enjoy meeting new friends." They have tons of energy but can adapt to most living situations. As such a social pup who's eager to please their people, this breed's intelligence combined with your dedication in training them to do things like "dance," will leave you with one heck of an entertaining canine. Not only that, they're so smart that training feels like a breeze.

It's no wonder Ringo is so talented. These charming little cuties once walked beside royals and aristocrats, but after the French Revolution, many found themselves on the streets, fending for themselves. The American Kennel Club notes that entertainers soon took these dogs under their wings and taught them cool tricks to earn money from people passing by. Now it all makes sense, and Ringo's dancing takes on a whole new meaning!
