‘This isn’t my story’
“We are the miracle that God gives other people.”. That is the lesson, in essence, that Janice Frye would like people to learn from a serious illness that nearly took her life three years ago. Laying in ICU at the Huntsman Center in Salt Lake City, the then-32-year-old realized, “I was dying.” But her thoughts were not of fear or of what she’d miss out on. She asked herself, “Have I helped people to understand and know when they have been God’s miracle to me?”

Utah Valley prep football rewind: Stadium settings add to gridiron excitement
One thing that is great about Utah high school football is the beautiful settings of so many stadiums. In the late summer and early fall, and with most of the games starting at 7 p.m., fans often get treated to beautiful sunsets. Then of course there are the incredible views of the mountains, or in other cases, great views of the valley and Utah Lake. Many fields feature views of the nearby temples of the Church of Jesus Christ as Latter-Day Saints as if the school architects knew exactly what they were doing.
