The football team is considering renovating the stadium, building a new location in Missouri or accepting an offer to move across state lines to Kansas. Then, legislation signed by Gov. Mike Parson creates a new state program that will waive certain regulations for Missouri businesses creating innovative products, known as the regulatory sandbox.
