PARKER, Colo. ( KDVR ) — A ticketed mansion party is in the works for Saturday in Parker and was promoted through social media videos alleging that figures like “ hawk tuah ” girl and rapper Nettspend will be in attendance. It is organized by a controversial party promoter behind previous out-of-control parties.

He said that while he’s behind Saturday’s mansion party, things at this event will be much different.

The event is ticketed and has been heavily promoted on social media as the biggest, most luxurious party of the century. The infamous promoter behind the party, Mike “Bando” said that while he may have been the promoter for a 2022 party where a home’s second floor collapsed , things are going to be different this time around.

“There’s going to be a mansion party on July 27 in Parker, Colorado. It’s a registered party and it’s a private event,” Bando told FOX31.

Bando’s name has been associated with the party where the floor collapsed, but he says he’s learned and is trying to build professional rapport as a promoter.

“I definitely have done stupid events back then and I really didn’t plan them out, but now I want to move towards that professional area, and I have taken further action into that with security and registering an LLC,” Bando said.

FOX31 reached out to the home host on Airbnb and said parties aren’t allowed inside the home, and partygoers will be kicked out if they violate this policy. The host also said a party in the barn and yard out back would be approved. Bando said that’s his plan.

“These parties are allowed, you just have to communicate with the property manager and tell them what your vision is for the event and show them you are getting insurance, etc., and that it’s a professional event. There’s a barn with 75 acres of land and that’s where everybody is going to be and people are going to be outside by the pool,” Bando said.

He said the party organizers plan to speak with neighbors this week about what to expect in hopes of a smooth event on Saturday. Bando said they will also have security at the event and he’s thankful to his family and friends for this success.

No criminal charges were ever filed in the case of the collapsed floor, and Bando claims he was not the main planner of that event.
