For one to get into rehabs you have to have a substance in your urine. what if you have been trying to quit but are feeling like you need some drugs so you call a rehab and you can't get in unless your piss is dirty. Also for as many wv people using drugs why are there not more rehabs? If you go to jail and you piss dirty they put you on a "legal drug' so when you get out you fail once again because your now hooked on the "legal drug" When I was growing up you never seen homeless people in wv you only heard about them in bigger states boy has that changed. The drugs are rampant and we need a solution. Most kids are being raised by grand parents or in foster care. such a shame to see our beautiful state in such a demise. 😭😭😭
