Renderings of New Homes in Heron Bay Released

PARKLAND, FL- New renderings of the homes to be built in Heron Bay were displayed as part of a presentation during the Planning and Zoning Meeting this month in Parkland.

The residential development, which is being handled by Toll Brothers, will include up to 52 residential homes to be built in the "dog leg" portion of the plan.

The application from Toll Brothers includes four different models of home, and all are over 3,000 square feet.

Up to three homes will be added per acre in the new development.
