Original Florida Pokers Begin Summer With Multiple Championships
Less than a month after the high school baseball season ended, the Original Florida Pokers had several teams in action to begin the summer. The 13u team, led by Marjory Stoneman Douglas Assistant Coach Mike Sandoval, dropped its first game in pool play before winning its final four games off their Peerfect Game World Series Championship. The Pokers outscored their opponents 25-7 in the four victories, including a 9-1 win in the Championship Game.

Parkland Little League 14U All-Star baseball team shined, winning the 2024 District 10 Championship. Led by former big league Stephen Cardullo, Parkland beat North Springs 14-4 and then beat Coconut Creek 12-9.
