Police nab 15-year-old suspect in stolen Jeep linked to armed robbery after 3-day hunt
BALTIMORE (WBFF) — Baltimore police arrested a 15-year-old boy who fled from them in a stolen jeep and rammed two police vehicles on Tuesday evening. The jeep he was driving was linked to an armed robbery in Southwest Baltimore, according to authorities. The police pursuit ended in the 5900 block of Pulaski Highway, police said.

Mercy Medical Center adds mixed reality shoulder replacements
Baltimore-based Mercy Medical Center is now offering Stryker's Blueprint mixed reality technology for shoulder replacements, the hospital said July 2. The hospital is the first in the mid-Atlantic region to offer the technology, according to a news release. Gregory Gasbarro, MD, is the sixth surgeon in the U.S. to use Blueprint mixed reality.
$1.75M CSX, Curtis Bay explosion class action settlement
CSX agreed to pay $1.75 million in a Curtis Bay settlement resolving claims a 2021 explosion at its Baltimore facility covered the surrounding homes in coal dust. The settlement benefits individuals who owned residential property on or since Dec. 30, 2021, or who resided in a residential property on Dec. 30, 2021, that was within the Curtis Bay class area, defined in the “Who’s Eligible” section below.
Police: Baltimore woman robbed two victims inside their New Cumberland motel room
YORK COUNTY, Pa. — A Baltimore woman is facing charges after allegedly robbing two people inside their motel room. According to the Fairview Township Police Department, Patricia Monet Gilmer, 33, entered a motel room off Limekiln Road in New Cumberland without permission on June 7 at 9:38 p.m. She allegedly threatened two people inside the room, claiming she had a firearm, stole their purses and fled the area.

An Owings Mills, Maryland company has issued a recall that includes multiple brands of ice cream due to the potential for contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The recalled products, manufactured by Totally Cool, Inc., were shipped and sold nationwide. Listeria monocytogenes can cause serious health issues and can sometimes lead to death.
