PARSONS, Kan. (KOAM) - The Parsons School District, USD 503, is pleased to announce the implementation of the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program for the 2024-2025 school year. Through this program, all enrolled students will receive healthy lunches at no charge.

The CEP program aims to ensure that every student has access to nutritious meals without the need for families to take any further action. This initiative supports students' health and well-being, promoting better academic performance and overall development.

Families with students in USD 503 do not need to sign up or complete additional paperwork to benefit from the program. The district encourages all families to take advantage of this opportunity to ensure their children receive healthy meals every school day.

For more information about the CEP program, contact Barb McClelland at bmcclelland@vikingnet.net or call (620) 421-5950.
