    – Pasolivo Olive Oil, based in Paso Robles, announced its recognition as the most awarded US producer in the 12-year history of the New York International Olive Oil Competition (NYIOOC).

“We are incredibly honored to be recognized as the most awarded US producer at the NYIOOC,” said Brian Dirk, president of Pasolivo. “This achievement is a testament to the passion, dedication, and expertise of our entire team. Our commitment to producing the finest olive oils has been unwavering, and this recognition affirms our position as a leader in the industry.”

The NYIOOC is one of the largest olive oil competitions worldwide, with hundreds of producers participating. Although the competition only accepts extra virgin olive oils (EVOO), Pasolivo’s portfolio also includes flavored olive oils. Pasolivo blends traditional and modern techniques to maintain the quality and flavor of its oils.

“Our olive oils are a true reflection of the terroir of Paso Robles,” said Marisa Bloch Gaytan, a level II olive oil sommelier and Pasolivo’s general manager. “We take pride in every step of the process, from carefully nurturing our olive groves to hand-harvesting and pressing the olives. This meticulous attention to detail is what sets Pasolivo apart and makes our oils stand out on the global stage.”

In addition to olive oils, Pasolivo produces vinegars, gourmet pantry items, and bath and body products.

Pasolivo invites the public to experience its products firsthand. Visitors can participate in guided tastings at Pasolivo Ranch or the downtown Paso Robles location, where they can learn about olive oil production.
