Two arrested due to stolen vehicle
PASO ROBLES — On Friday, July 19, at approximately 12:27 p.m., officers located an occupied stolen vehicle at a gas station in 1200 block of 24th Street. The vehicle was occupied by Nicole Clark and Elmer Guerrero. Both Clark and Guerrero were taken into custody without incident during this investigation. Clark was discovered to have a warrant for her arrest for grand theft of a vehicle. Guerrero also had several warrants for his arrest.

Two arrested after probation and parole compliance sweep
PASO ROBLES — On Monday, July 15, the Paso Robles Police Department, along with the San Luis Obispo County Probation Department, conducted a city-wide Probation / Parole Compliance Operation focused on offender accountability and community safety. Dallis “DJ” Lewis 1944-2024
Dallis “D.J.” Lewis, age 80, of Paso Robles, departed from this life on June 5, 2024. He was a very outgoing person who never knew a stranger. For over 40 years, he was well-known for his fine craftsmanship in the construction trade. His clients were very loyal to him and, if necessary, were even willing to wait for extended periods of time until he was available for their remodeling projects.
George E. Galvan 1930-2024
George E. Galvan of Atascadero, California, passed away at age 93 on June 15, 2024. George was born in Bakersfield to Lucille Marquez and Gregg Galvan on December 7, 1930, and spent most of his youth being raised by his grandparents, Josephina and Felipe Marquez.
