Passaic City man arrested for lewdness in Garrett Mountain Reservation
A man has been arrested and charged with lewdness following an incident at Garrett Mountain Reservation on the morning of June 22, 2024. Ruben R. Almeida Pimentel, 52, of Passaic City, was identified as a person of interest after a female victim reported seeing a man masturbating in the driver’s seat of a Dodge Ram pickup truck with the door ajar. Pimentel was arrested on July 2, 2024, based on the recommendation of the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office.
Passaic County Man Arrested for Lewdness at Garrett Mountain
PASSAIC COUNTY, NJ - A Passaic man was arrested on July 2 and charged with Lewdness following an incident that reportedly took place at Garrett Mountain Reservation the morning of June 22. According to Acting Sheriff Gary Giardina, on the day of the incident, a sheriff's officer assigned to the patrol division responded to the area and met with a female victim. The victim reported that while she performed stretching exercises, she observed an unidentified male in the driver's seat of a Dodge Ram pickup truck with his pants down and masturbating with the driver-side door ajar.CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TAPINTO.NET NEWSLETTER The victim provided a detailed description of the suspect's truck and the PCSO Criminal Investigation Division subsequently commenced an investigation that identified Ruben R.
