    PATERSON, NJ - Jase Waller, a young achiever from School 10, was celebrated for his outstanding accomplishments and contributions to both academics and community service by the Paterson City Council and the Vera Ames Foundation. Waller, a Gifted and Talented selectee and distinguished Dean's List student, has been inducted into the National Junior Honor Society twice. His achievements extend beyond academics; he currently holds the title of Mr. Juneteenth for ages 7-12, participating in a rigorous entrepreneurial and character development mentorship program.

    Waller's dedication to academic excellence and community service has earned him the highest accolades from the Paterson Police Department's Community Policing Division, recognizing his commitment to student success.

    Council members praised Jase Waller for exemplifying the best qualities of Paterson's youth and noted that his achievements at such a young age bode well for the city's future. They highlighted his role as a future leader who continues to make a positive impact on his community and beyond.
