    Tito Jackson, member of the Jackson 5, has died at age 70

    He was once part of a five-piece supergroup that ruled the 1970s, and his brother was the late icon, Michael Jackson.

    Tito Jackson - brother of Michael - died Sept. 15, 2024 at age 70, according to his family's Instagram account.

    "It will forever be ' Tito Time ' for us," Tito Jackson's sons wrote on Instagram. "Please remember to do what our father always preached and that is 'Love One Another.' We love you Pops."

    USA Today also reported that the post added, "We are shocked, saddened and heartbroken. Our father was an incredible man who cared about everyone and their well-being."

    • Most notably, he was part of the 1970s supergroup, the Jackson 5 , composed of Tito, Michael, Jackie Jackson and Marlon Jackson. Later, Randy Jackson, the family's youngest brother, joined the band as well.
    • Tito made appearances with the Jackson 5 on the "Ed Sullivan Show," "American Bandstand," and "Soul Train."
    • In 1984, Tito "produced, wrote, and sang on 'We Can Change The World,'" a song for The Jacksons' "Victory Tour," according to Tito Jackson's website.

    Did Tito Jackson have any solo albums?

    Yes. There were two solo albums . One was called "Tito Time" (2016) and the other is called, "Under Your Spell" which was released in 2021.

    "Under Your Spell " is a blues album with several appearances by well known musicians like Stevie Wonder, George Benson, Joe Bonamassa, Marlon Jackson and Grady Champion, among others.
