Braintree High's AJ Platek has been voted the Chick-fil-A Hanover High School Male Athlete of the Week .
Platek collected over 5,000 votes to earn the honor. The golfer carded a 1-under-par 34 round in a 122-100 win over Weymouth.

Manning shot a 1-under par in a 138-116 win over Cohasset.
Matt Ryan, Canton
Ryan carded a 35 in a 147-151 win over Oliver Ames.
Parkey Bray, Sr., Silver Lake
Bray earned the medalist by shooting a 35 in a 228-238 loss to Whitman-Hanson.
Owen Crowley, Soph., Hanover
Crowley shot an even-par 35 in a 230-255 win over Norwell.
Archbishop Williams golf seniors
Aaron McCarthy, Brady Sullivan, Neil Sullivan and Sean Velozo all carded 34s (2-under par) in a 266-86 win over Cardinal Spellman.

Antonio Guarino, Sr., Archbishop Williams
Guarino scored two goals and an assist in a 5-1 win over Bishop Fenwick. He also had a two-goal day in a 6-1 win over Cardinal Spellman.
Gavin Blake, Sr., Norwell
Blake scored two goals in a 4-0 win over Hull.
Calum McClorey, Sr., Braintree
McClorey scored two goals as the Wamps rallied for a 2-1 win over Brookline. That brought his season tally to 12 goals.
Jake McConville, Sr., BC High
McConville recorded five saves to tally his third shutout of the season in a 1-0 win over Catholic Memorial.
Sandro Neyra, Sr., Hingham
Neyra had a goal and two assists in a 5-0 win over Plymouth South.
Colin MacPherson, Soph., Hanover
MacPherson scored two goals in a 3-2 win over Quincy.
Jake Duperre, Sr., Pembroke
Duperre tallied two goals in a 3-0 win over Plymouth South.
Cross country
Shamus Larnard, Sr., BC High
Larnard led a 1-2-3 sweep in a 17-40 win over St. John's Prep. Larnard finished the 5K course at Franklin Park in 16:37.
Noah Brilliant, Sr., Plymouth South
Brilliant set a course record, beating Quincy/North Quincy's mark in 13:04 on the 2.5-mile course. That victory also clinched the Panthers' sixth consecutive Patriot League Fisher Division title.
