PAW Patrol pups to take over Pinnacle Bank Arena this fall
LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The PAW Patrol pups will be stopping at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln this fall for three live shows. Fans will get to see the PAW Patrol pups in the PAW Patrol Live! “Heroes Unite” shows on Nov. 29 at 6 p.m. and Nov. 30 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Omaha man accused in fatal rollover crash pleads ‘no contest’
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A case for an Omaha man accused in a deadly crash near the Interstate 80-480 interchange in April has now moved to district court. David Kauai, 35, was initially charged in Douglas County Court with motor vehicle homicide by way of willful reckless driving and fleeing to avoid arrest; with a bond set at $500,000. He pleaded “no contest” on Thursday to motor vehicle homicide and with the operation of a motor vehicle to avoid arrest resulting in death.

VALENTINE, Neb. - Five Colorado men are facing charges after Valentine Police say they violated weapon laws. An officer stopped a vehicle in the 1000 block of East Highway 20 in Valentine on July 7. Incoming Husker freshman bowler Karina Capron took home the U18 title at the 2024 Junior Gold Championships in Allen Park, Mich., Saturday evening. Capron, the U12 2017 Junior Gold Champion, qualified for match play in sixth after five qualifying rounds. In matches of two games total pinfall, Capron defeated Maggie Smith 427-295, Amanda Lang 394-391 and Melia Mitskavich 395-373 before facing Kaitlyn Stull in a match to decide the placements for the tv show. LINCOLN, Neb. — A judge sentenced Husker volleyball star Harper Murray to nine months' probation Monday and a $500 fine for drunk driving. Murray will also have her license revoked for 60 days as part of the DUI sentencing and will have to have an ignition interlock device placed on her vehicle, according to the court's decision.
Second round of Summer EBT payments going out
LINCOLN — The second round of Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) payments will be sent out by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) today.
