A local man is in jail following his arrest on Monday afternoon for possession of a stimulant and failure to appear. Brian Flanary, 45 of Manhattan, was arrested on probable cause charges just after 1:30 pm in the 5300 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard. Teen enters plea in shooting death of Wichita boy at Towne East Square
WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - A teenager has pleaded no contest in the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old boy inside a Wichita mall in 2022.
