Manhattan Woman Arrested for Felony Drug Offenses Resulting in Fatality
Penny Marie Webster, 59, of Manhattan, was arrested on July 21, 2024, at approximately 10:16 PM. Webster was charged with distribution of a controlled substance resulting in fatality and distribution of opiate/opium/ narcotic/stimulant/heroin of unknown quantity. Total bond in this matter was set at $125,000. Webster was confined at the time of this report.
