WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - A teenager has pleaded no contest in the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old boy inside a Wichita mall in 2022. The Sedgwick County district attorney's office said 18-year-old Te'bryis Robinson on Tuesday pleaded no contest to second-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder and aggravated battery.
