32-year-old Nyssa man dies in rollover crash
PAYETTE COUNTY, Idaho — A 32-year-old man from Nyssa, Oregon died in Payette County Thursday after being involved in a single-vehicle rollover crash. Idaho State Police (ISP) said the man was driving a 2002 Ford F-250, headed south along Washoe Road at approximately 11:30 p.m. when his truck went off the road, swerved back onto the roadway, and then rolled, eventually coming to a stop on the vehicle's top.

Daho State Police is investigating a single vehicle fatality crash that occurred on June 27th, 2024, at approximately 11:30 P.M., on Washoe Rd, in Payette County. A 2002 Ford F250, driven by a 32-year-old male, from Nyssa, Oregon, was traveling south on Washoe Road when the truck left the roadway and came back onto the road where the truck rolled and came to a rest on its top. The driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The driver was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash.

Payette County Recreation District prepares for 2nd summer tennis camp
FRUITLAND — In mid-July, the Payette County Recreation District will host the second of three summer tennis camps which are hosted by Fruitland High School tennis players. The first session was led by state-placer Halle Drollinger.
