Alabama man pleads guilty to making online threats to election workers in Arizona
PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A man in Alabama has pleaded guilty to sending threatening messages to Maricopa County Elections workers in Phoenix. According to the U.S. Department of Justice, during the time from the Arizona primary elections on Aug. 2, 2022, to Aug. 4, 2022, 60-year-old Brian Ogstad of Cullman, Ala., sent multiple threatening direct messages to an Instagram account maintained by Maricopa County Elections.
