Texas man arrested on Attempted Murder charges in Terrebonne Parish
Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet announced the arrest of a Humble, Texas man in connection with a July 9th shooting in the 300 block of Patrick Drive in Schriever, La. Authorities arrested Keith David Joseph, 45, of Humble, Tx, who is facing charges of Attempted Second Degree Murder in connection with the incident.

One of the world’s largest manufacturers of construction equipment will locate in Mississippi, bringing with it more than 180 jobs and more than $175 million in investment. In a significant boost to the local economy, Liebherr has announced plans to establish distribution and manufacturing operations in Lee County. This project represents a substantial corporate investment of $176 million and will create at least 180 jobs by 2026, with the potential for further expansion that could see investments reach up to $238.4 million and job creation rise to 342 positions.
St. Tammany Parish Hospital emergency department entrance to be relocated
The patient entrance to St. Tammany Parish Hospital's emergency department has been temporarily relocated to an area next to the new ambulance entrance at the top of the ramp off 11th Avenue, the hospital said in a news release.
